Territory Manager – Heavy Equipment – $50-60K Base + Commission

Our client has been in business with this Industry over 20 years, an Authorized Dealer of some of the most reputable brands in the industry. If you have experience and success in heavy, dirt machinery sales – whether dirt construction or agricultural machinery. This opportunity could be for you.

Our client, an exclusive distributor of industry-leading equipment, is seeking career-minded people to manage existing business as well as prospecting new business within two of the busiest Construction focused Counties in WA State!

In this role, you’d generate leads, locate and call on prospective customers, identify their needs, and make the sales. Build relationships for future business as well.  You’ll enjoy a generous compensation program that combines a significant base plus commission, vehicle allowance, expense account, and a full, competitive benefit package.

End of year income should be between $100 to 130K in this territory, although there are no caps on commissions, the difference in income will be your ability to identify leads, manage relationships and be there at the right time and place when your clients do have a specific need.

Job Responsibilities     

  • Develop and enhance customer base through leads, cold and warm calls, watching permit lists and networking
  • Sell earth moving equipment to new and established customers
  • Keep abreast of marketplace trends, forecasts, and activities
  • Contribute to branch and team development and success

  • Proven success in the heavy equipment industry

Compensation will be competitively in the $50K-60K range DOE, and includes an attractive, employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, & PTO package.

Relocations will be considered.
