Inside Sales Coordinator | $75K-$91K OTE

Our client, a well-established supplier of lifting, rigging, crane, and marine project equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in Seattle, WA. They specialize in providing high-quality products such as winches, sectional barges, wire rope, rigging, and decking gear, catering to clients in the marine, construction, logging, and timber industries.
In this role, you will use your sales aptitude and knowledge of industrial products to provide exceptional service to clients. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for fielding customer calls, identifying parts and supplies they need, and ensuring timely delivery. You will collaborate with various teams, including invoicing and fabrication, to support company processes.
In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses on a compounding scale. As you gain experience and develop your skills, you can progress into outside sales or operations roles within the company.
Inside Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries for heavy lifting equipment, wire rope, rigging, winches, and other related products
- Identify parts and supplies needed by customers and ensure their timely delivery
- Collaborate with invoicing, fabrication, and other teams to support company processes

Qualifications
- Industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-engaging and service-oriented
- Mechanical aptitude or experience
- Career-driven and possessing a positive mental attitude
- Knowledge of standard office software
