[Industrial Supply] Territory Manager | $120K+ OTE
Location: Tualatin, OR
Our client’s company, a leading provider of hydraulic and automation components and systems, is seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to join their newest branch in the Northwest. This branch specializes in a diverse range of products including hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products.
The Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships across a broad spectrum of industries, including industrial, marine, military, mining, and OEM sectors. This is a unique hunter/farmer role where you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, ensuring adequate stock and supply, processing orders, and sometimes delivering products directly to customers.
Industrial Territory Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a diverse book of business across industrial, marine, and other key sectors.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with a wide range of customers, from purchasing agents and engineers to end users.
- Ensure customer stock and supply needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Process orders and oversee the timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration, and other power transmission products.
- Identify and solve customer problems, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Proven sales success with a relational sales style and a strong mechanical orientation.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration, and related products, particularly R-H brand.
- Self-motivated and directed, with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, from engineers to end users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
