[Heavy Machinery] Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: $110K+ OTE
Location:   Hillsboro, OR

A new opportunity has arisen for an Outside Sales Representative role, a key position responsible for driving equipment sales across a specific territory. The role is critical in establishing strong relationships with contractors and construction professionals to support their jobsite needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive equipment sales across the designated territory
  • Work closely with contractors and construction professionals to understand their jobsite needs
  • Use a company-provided truck to travel to and meet with clients
  • Focus exclusively on selling heavy machinery and equipment—not rentals
  • Prospect and develop new accounts
  • Recommend suitable equipment solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction, heavy equipment, or related sales
  • Strong understanding of contractor workflows
  • Proven track record of growing territory revenue
  • Highly motivated with a relationship-driven approach
  • Consistent and loyal work ethic
