[Hydraulic / Automation Components] Branch Manager | $110K+ OTE
Location: Seattle, WA
Our client’s company specializes in hydraulic and automation components and systems, hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products. They are currently seeking a Branch Manager for their Seattle location.
This is a critical role as the current manager will be transferred to a new branch soon. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial products and sales, and will be responsible for leading the growth of the company’s flagship brand in the area.
Branch Manager Job Responsibilities
- Call on OEMs in power generation, agriculture, food production, and other industries to promote and sell the company’s products
- Learn and understand the company’s product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers at all levels
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to branch and district managers
- Take ownership of the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Grow revenue and develop the sales team to achieve targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and supervision, preferably in a related industry
- Mechanical orientation and familiarity with hydraulic and automation products (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to grow people, revenue, and branch
