[Industrial Pumps] Distribution Sales Manager | $100K-$150K OTE

Location: Vancouver, WA

Our client’s company, a manufacturer of severe duty pumps, is seeking a Regional Distribution Sales Manager to oversee the sales activities of product distributors in the western half of the USA.

As the face of the company to distributors and customers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding market reach.

Industrial Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Support product distributors by planning and conducting sales calls based on their locations.
  • Conduct product trainings, explain features, and assist in developing territories and customer bases.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including new distributors, end users, and markets.
  • Plan strategic trips to target-rich territories, execute sales plans, and track activities and reports.
  • Travel approximately 75% of the time to engage with distributors and customers.


  • Proven success in territory management and outside sales of industrial products.
  • Knowledge of pumps and their operation/applications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and budgeting skills.
  • Assertive and motivational personality to drive desired outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Independent, self-directed, and self-motivated with a clean driving record.
