[Hydraulic / Automation Components] Warehouse Associate | $20-$24/hr DOE

Location: Seattle, WA

Our client’s company, is a leading provider of hydraulic and automation components and systems, hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products. They are known for their extensive range of products, making them a prime source for hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, electromechanical technology, fluid & gas handling, process control, and sealing & shielding products.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving a range of assembled products and the parts that make them. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities


  • Unload, log in, and stock products in their proper location and arrangement
  • Input product information manually or via RF scanner into the system
  • Package and stage materials and products for shipping, including kitting, shrink wrap, boxing, and labeling
  • Document all tracking information accurately
  • Conduct inventory and cycle counting activities
  • Perform product inspection and quality control checks
  • Build and fabricate hose assemblies and related products, and kit them for shipping
  • Assist with local pickups and deliveries
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and effective work environment

Qualifications


  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
  • Ability to read and differentiate alpha and alphanumeric listings
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to work at a fast pace in a busy warehouse environment
  • Ability to become forklift certified as part of training
  • Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission may be required
