Customer Service Representative | $45K-$70K

An established, 4-generation Northwest family business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. With business expansion and growth, this is an excellent opportunity for you to take on a key role in our company.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer requests for information, follow-up, quotes, and general assistance. You will serve our customers and guide them towards a purchase whenever possible. You will also work with catalog files, vendor updates, and internal communication to stay up-to-date with product news, applications, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and communicating order progress, customer communication, and returns in an accurate and timely manner.

We are looking for someone with any exposure to customer service roles or similar industries, as well as excellent communication skills and inside sales experience. Math skills, being organized, and having a customer service-oriented attitude are also important. The ideal candidate will be promotable, savvy enough to recognize the career potential, and mature enough to work with a range of people and personalities. They should be perceptive, intelligent, and share and be consistent with the company’s attributes.


Responsibilities
