HVAC Service Technician
Compensation: $45-$70/hr DOE
Location: Redmond, WA
Our client, a well-established company offering a wide range of commercial services from plumbing to ductless heat pumps, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician.

HVAC Service Technician Job Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Carry out service repairs and projects
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on HVAC systems
- Perform equipment start-ups
- Manage building system and HVAC controls
- Manage schedules and maintain strong time management skills
- Maintain strong communication with customers
- Operate a service van
Qualifications
- 06A Electrical license
- EPA license
- VRF and Heat Pump certifications on equipment
- Universal refrigeration card
- Valid driver’s license that passes insurance requirements
- Refrigerant license – City of Seattle
- Willingness to participate in drug tests
- Able to work with mechanical tools
- Capable of lifting objects up to 75 lbs
- Good driving record (for insurance)
- Ability to work independently on Service Calls
- Union affiliations: Local 32, Local 66, or non-union applicants with a willingness to join one of the unions
