The company designs, budgets, builds, and manages projects of all sizes and types, and is hiring in major project as and special projects divisions.

Your target clients will be commercial office buildings, healthcare, apartments, hotels & condos, manufacturing centers, retail outlets, restaurants, schools (K-12 and Universities) and green buildings. Construction Project Manager/ Estimator – Electrical

Seattle
$75K – $150K DOE
Our customer, an established & growing local construction company, is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager & Estimator to work out of there Seattle office. This is an in-office position with occasional field work. Solid company with contracts scheduled out for the next 3 years.

Projects are located throughout the greater Puget Sound.

• Residential Service Calls
• Switch Gear and Electrical services
• Circuit layout and design
• Ability to understand blueprints and electrical schematics
• Comfortable in design-build environments etc.

Duties to include:

• Provide accurate and complete estimates for Electrical work largely in multifamily, mixed use and hospitality new construction builds
• Read blueprints, perform takeoffs and provide proposals with often minimal information
• Provide high level customer service to both internal and external customers
• Produce accurate scope of work from drawings, walk throughs, and conversations with involved parties
• Process and track change orders and RFPs
• Follow up on outstanding bids, often rebidding as new drawings become available
• Track all changes from original bid to final approved bid documents
• Perform Jobsite visits as necessary
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Selected Candidate must have valid driver’s license, pass a criminal background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Lead Installer – Residential HVAC – $70 – 90K DOE

Our client is a a full-service, family-owned heating and air conditioning company serving Western Washington for about 30 years. They have a great reputation within the community as well as long-term employee retention, operating off of referral business, and carving a niche with high-end custom homes. Handle new construction as well as repair and service of water heaters / water tanks, furnaces, air conditioners, fireplaces, boilers and 24-hour emergency service. High-end home work includes lots of pool rooms, wine rooms & cigar rooms in custom homes (lots of wood).

They pride themselves on “doing things  right, or they don’t do them at all.”

Compensation includes full Medical, Dental, Retirement and company car.

Job Responsibilities

  • Low Voltage wiring & thermostat installation and programming
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent driving record
  • Electrical Trainee – Ideally, but not required – EL 06A, 06B or 02 License
  • EPA Class II or Universal certification
  • NATE certification for gas furnace, air conditioning, heat pump
  • Seattle Gas Piping License
