Our client, a highly rated door company servicing the Pacific Northwest, is looking for experienced Commercial Pedestrian Door Installers.  This well-established company has been delivering exceptional service for over 70 years.  Their customer base is growing and they are looking to add experienced installers and service technicians to their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company, staying professional and customer focused at all times
  • Evaluate customer needs and make service recommendations
  • Safely travel to and from job sites
  • Perform install/service on commercial doors
  • Lift, carry, haul, load and unload product from warehouse to job site
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently in the assigned time frame

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with aluminum, wood, and hollow metal door installation.
  • Previous professional install or service experience
  • Ability to lift up to 85 lbs. regularly
  • Desire to work in the field typically 100% of the time
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to commercial accounts

Journeyman Electrician (Commercial 01) and (Residential 02)

Our customer an established & growing local construction company is actively seeking
01 & 02 Journeyman electricians. There is an opening in both the commercial and
residential construction units.
You must have a valid driver’s license, current WA 01 or 02 electrical card; clean
background and driving record
Projects are located throughout the greater Puget Sound.
To be considered you should have:
 Experience in commercial access control preferred
 Experience in commercial, multifamily or residential construction projects preferred
 Ability to interpret and understand electrical / CAD drawings and relevant hardware
schedules
 Willingness to collaborate with relevant contractors, site superintendents and
project managers
 Safety first attitude
 Basic hand tools
 Commitment to showing up every day

Duties to include:
 Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels,
and circuits
 Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as: switch gears, motor
controls, electrical panels, CT cabinets, conveyor systems, lighting, and power
supplies
 Inspect systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards and defects.
 Install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
 Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment
and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
 Use electrical test equipment, gauges and other measuring devices to test
electrical equipment.
 Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes
maintenance and repair records as required.
 Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as
needed.
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Lead Installer – Residential HVAC – $70 – 90K DOE

Our client is a a full service, family owned heating and air conditioning company serving Western Washington for about 30 years. They have a great reputation within the community as well as long term employee retention, operating off referral business, carving a niche with High End Custom homes as new construction as well as repair and servicing of water heaters / water tanks, furnaces, air conditioner, fireplace, boilers and 24 hour emergency service. High end homes includes lots of pool rooms, wine rooms & cigar rooms in high end custom homes (lots of wood).

They pride themselves on “doing things  right, or they don’t do them at all.”

Compensation includes full Medical, Dental, Retirement and company car.

  • Electrical Trainee – Ideally, but not required – EL 06A, 06B or 02 License
  • EPA Class II or Universal certification
  • NATE certification for gas furnace, air conditioning, heat pump
