[Restoration Construction] Lead Technician | $25-$30/hr DOE

Location: Kent, WA

Our client, a leading full-service restoration company specializing in construction, remediation, and cleaning for both commercial and residential clients, is seeking an experienced Lead Technician.

This role is critical in leading and directing a team of technicians through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Whether as a Lead Tech 3 overseeing a team of 8-10 or a Lead Tech 2 managing 3-5 team members, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service in the areas of fire, smoke and water damage, environmental remediation, electronics recovery, demolition, and reconstruction.

Lead Technician Job Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 technicians (Lead Tech 3) or 3-5 technicians (Lead Tech 2) through full-service restoration projects.
  • Oversee and direct the team’s performance, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor, train, and equip team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Interface with branch, operations, and project managers, as well as project coordinators, to ensure your team is fully prepared and equipped for each project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high standard of integrity and service throughout all operations.
  • Provide full-service emergency help to commercial and residential customers in situations of fire, smoke and water damage, and other disaster-related scenarios.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in the remediation/restoration industry, with a deep understanding of the solutions, safety compliance, and hazards for each situation and circumstance.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
