[Fabricated Metal Products] CNC Machinist | $35-$40/hr DOE
Location: Everett, WA
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the screw, nut, and bolt industry, specializing in custom fabricated metal products, jobbing, and repair services. They are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the setup and operation of multi-axis live tooling lathes.
CNC Machinist Job Responsibilities
- Set up and prove out experience with multi-axis live tooling lathes
- Work independently and as part of a team to align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials
- Proficient in setting up and operating all standard inspection equipment
- Apply standard machining practices such as speeds, feeds, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut
- Read, understand, and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings with a strong working knowledge of GD&T
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
- High school diploma/GED or graduation from a certified technical school, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience
- Basic math skills
