Our client is a well-established company in the insurance industry, offering commercial insurance, group benefits, and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a dedicated Agricultural Account Manager to manage accounts, cross-sell and up-sell.
Agricultural Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounts while actively cross-selling and up-selling.
- Facilitate marketing and negotiate with carriers.
- Process certificates and endorsements and bind policies.
- Work independently; this is not a creative hire.
- Experience with carriers such as Grange, CHUBB, Nationwide, Great American, Zurich, Farmers Mutual, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Agricultural / Agri-business Insurance experience.
- Local to the Portland Area or willing to relocate.
- Focus on renewals and service-focused work, with the ability to write business when referred.
