A typical day in this role will consist of handling renewals, general policy servicing, cross- selling for new business, and providing a high quality of customer service to both new and existing clients. 401K Account Manager – $70K

Location: Portland, OR

 

Our client has been in business since 1975 as is excited to add an Experience Account Manager to the 401k division. We are looking for a series 6 & 63 licensed professional who can bring their experience and expertise.

This is a small brokerage with an exceptional team. Everyone works together and even will cross train you on different area to help broaden your knowledge and understanding. You will be well supported in this role and likely make some lasting friendships.

This position will serve as a resource to plan sponsors and participants providing customer support, education and enrollment into the sponsors’ 401K plan, and ongoing client relationship management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to plan trustee and participant inquiries
  • Coordinate client reviews and investment reporting for plan trustees
  • Deliver educational and enrollment PowerPoint presentations to retirement plan participant groups
  • Analyze participant asset allocation, contribution rate and projected retirement income to assess overall retirement readiness

Qualifications

  • Must hold Series 6 & 63 license
