Responsibilities

• Begin in warehouse and delivery operations to develop a thorough understanding of the business and product line
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform local customer deliveries while providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
• Build working knowledge of electrical products, part numbers, and inventory management
• Transition into inside sales and customer account support as skills and product knowledge develop
• Learn quoting processes, order entry, product selection, and customer relationship management
• Take on increasing responsibility with a clear path toward sales and leadership/management roles

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — no prior industry experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; recent college graduates or those early in their career are welcome
• Reliable work history demonstrating good tenure and consistent attendance
• Strong ability to learn and retain product names, part numbers, and technical information
• Personable, hardworking, dependable, and genuinely motivated by career growth and advancement
• Prior experience in electrical distribution or electrical sales is a plus, but not required
• Clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass required drug screening
• Must meet applicable requirements for driving responsibilities associated with the role
