[Medical Supplies] Route Sales Representative | $50K + Bonus

Our client, a prominent company specializing in first aid equipment, supplies, and facilities, is currently experiencing a significant phase of expansion. In response to this growth, they are seeking to add a dedicated Sales and Service Representative for their Middle Portland territory. This role offers the flexibility of working from a home office (post-training) and operating a company van for daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing weekly shipments of merchandise, stocking the company van with necessary products, and delivering and updating supplies at customer locations with the potential for upselling.

Additional responsibilities include light installation tasks such as setting up cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs, requiring a level of comfort with light construction and tools. The role is integral to the company’s continued success, attributed to the exceptional care and service provided.

Route Sales Representative Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and organize weekly shipments of merchandise, stocking the company van with required products.
  • Deliver and update customers’ supplies, with opportunities for upselling.
  • Set personal schedules and routes, offering flexibility in work hours.
  • Perform installations of cabinets, eyewash stations, and AEDs, requiring light construction knowledge.
  • Update inventory records and place daily orders for the following week.
  • Achieve sales quotas to earn an average monthly bonus

  • Knowledge of cabinet and light plumbing mounting.
  • Must have a secure place to store products and orders and a location to park the company van.
