HVAC Mechanical Estimator
Compensation: $110K-$120K OTE

Our client is a leader in providing expert installation, repair, and maintenance services for commercial buildings. They are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator with HVAC experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from $50k up to $1MM, with a focus on the commercial space. HVAC Mechanical Estimator Job Responsibilities
- HVAC Estimating, Sales, Backlog generation
- Project Management of HVAC projects in plan spec, private and commercial projects
- Bid and Sell HVAC projects through various channels
- Business Development through strong network
- Seek and bid HVAC projects to the private sector, plan spec, and design build sectors
- Thorough demonstration of local codes, specifications, and permitting
- Preparing Bids and Proposals including estimating
- Developing HVAC solutions and systems that are customer and sustainability centric
- Understanding and implementing HVAC load calculations (Calculate Heating and Cooling needs)
- Determine Budget Costs systems and write up detailed Bid and estimates
- Project Manages and coordinates projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects and engineers when designing heating and cooling systems
- Adhere to All Building Codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary
- Manage safety and environment policies and standards in design and execution of projects
- Managing Bids and Proposals
- Prepare estimates and proposals working other team members to develop the best solution
- Develop and maintain a CRM system
Qualifications
- HVAC, refrigeration, piping, sheet metal or relevant trade qualification
- At least 3 years of related HVAC and or mechanical experience required
- Or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
- Valid Washington State drivers license with good driving record
