Proposal / Marketing Manager | $70K-$100K DOE

Our client is a leading provider of design, construction, and engineering services for civil construction infrastructure builds and improvements. They specialize in working on projects for the Light rail, tunnels, roads, bridges, aviation, public water works, wastewater systems, and more. We are currently seeking a Proposal Marketing Manager to join our client’s team.

Proposal Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the proposal and marketing process to acquire new projects. You will write, format, review, and edit proposals to ensure they are of the highest quality to win bids. Additionally, you will work with the team to develop client development action plans, collaborate with key business leaders and marketing staff on process improvement and branding initiatives, assess sales metrics, provide training and coaching, and maintain marketing materials.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Experience with writing proposals is essential, and a degree in Writing, English, Journalism, or Marketing is preferred. Ideally, you should have worked in construction, engineering, education, public works or transportation. Strong resource management and multitasking skills are important, and you should be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
