Remodeling Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications
- Develop project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the production manager
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Handle budgeting for projects
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, preferably with a degree in construction management
