Tech Support / Trainee Job Responsibilities

• Provide product support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct linear takeoffs and collaborate closely with the quotes team.
• Relay crucial information to the company team, clients, and suppliers.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge about customers, products, processes, manufacturers, and all facets of commercial lighting.
• Handle intermediate steps and processes in sales, project development, estimating, and commissioning.
• Aim for growth within the company and the broader industry, with the potential to become a project manager.

Qualifications

• Intelligent, self-directed, and highly motivated, especially when it comes to self-guided training and learning.
• Strong understanding of business culture and operational dynamics.
• Professional demeanor that fits within a small, hip, and professional team.
• Mechanical/spatial aptitude and solid math skills.
• A curious nature with a consistent habit of self-improvement and growth.
