As an Inside Sales Support professional, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the commercial HVAC sales and service teams. This position serves as a critical link between account managers, field personnel, vendors, and customers — supporting the full proposal and contract lifecycle while building meaningful client relationships. It also offers a clear pathway toward a career in commercial HVAC service sales or account management.

Responsibilities
- Support the branch’s commercial HVAC sales and service teams with day-to-day operations.
- Prepare maintenance proposals, bid templates, scopes of work, and presentation documents.
- Assist with maintenance contract renewals and attend renewal meetings.
- Communicate with account managers regarding proposals and renewals.
- Conduct occasional site visits to gather equipment and project information.
- Coordinate with field personnel, internal departments, and vendors.
- Gather vendor pricing and other costs required for proposals.
- Follow up on open proposals with new and existing customers.
- Prepare booking packages and project-delivery documentation for sold work.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Identify potential HVAC maintenance and service opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and professional development activities.
- Shadow sales and management team members during the initial training period.
- Develop toward a career in commercial HVAC service sales or account management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field required.
- At least two years of customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience.
- Commercial HVAC or mechanical-service experience preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, scopes of work, and supporting documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and collaborating with field personnel.
