Inside Sales Representative | $20-$25/hr DOE

Location: Lynnwood, WA

Our client, a premier provider of innovative security solutions including cabinet locks, key storage solutions, and padlocks, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

This role is central to nurturing customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty while expanding the company’s reach within the market. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and identifying new sales opportunities. Additionally, this position involves comprehensive support for e-commerce and product lines, including order entry, customer support, and problem resolution.

Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Efficiently answer incoming calls, assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, and converting opportunities to sales.
  • Relay important information to relevant team members across departments such as engineering and sales.
  • Gain proficiency in internal software programs, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP), Outlook, Word, Excel, Sage ACT (CRM), Slack, Google Chrome, among others.
  • Enter orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV with accuracy and speed, checking stock levels, part numbers, order status, tracking information, and estimated lead times.
  • Use Outlook for effective communication with customers, team members, and vendors.
  • Assist customers by utilizing knowledge gained from the company website and online resources to answer product-related questions.

Qualifications


  • Strong customer service orientation with an exceptional work ethic and problem-solving skills.
  • A sociable and friendly demeanor with a willingness to help and engage in continuous learning.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage ACT) preferred.
  • No specific industry experience required, but a background in security solutions or related fields is advantageous.
  • Motivated individuals eager to grow into marketing or outside sales positions are highly desirable.
