Service Dispatcher – DOE + Full Time + Bonus + Full Benefits

Our client is a full service Mechanical contractor for over 70 years, exceptionally reputable, and stable. This role is one that helps coordinate and manage the service team for their plumbing division. You’ll be fielding calls for their clients who need parts, service or to have a field mechanic or technician visit their facility. You’ll be working with the Service Manager, and managing the schedules for the technicians in the field, ideally, ensuring prompt service along with best utilizing technician’s travel times. Job Responsibilities
