[Building Materials] Project Manager Trainee | $55K-$65K OTE

Our client is at the forefront of supplying top-tier exterior products for commercial buildings, ranging from lumber, windows, doors, to roofing and siding. They are currently seeking an ambitious Inside Sales/Project Manager Trainee to join their dynamic team.

Project Manager Trainee Job Responsibilities


  • Proactively initiate contact with new clients through phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
  • Market the company’s services and products effectively to attract and retain clients.
  • Answer calls promptly and follow up on service or product inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate quotes for services and products to potential and existing clients.
  • Oversee material procurement for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.

Qualifications


  • 1 to 2 years of experience or exposure to the construction or building materials industry, including lumber, windows, doors, roofing, and siding.
  • Ability to understand blueprints and technical documents related to construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong team player with a great personality, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
