Project Engineer
Compensation: $65K-$85K DOE
Location: Tacoma, WA
Our esteemed client, a renowned company in the construction industry, offers an array of services including General Contracting, Industrial Contracting, Mechanical Piping, Commercial Plumbing, Steel & Pipe Fabrication, Site Development & Structural Concrete, Structural Steel Erection & Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Millwright & Mechanical Maintenance, and Small Works & Tenant Improvements. They are currently seeking to hire a Project Engineer who will play a significant role in their operations.
Project Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Supporting public bid and negotiated commercial projects
- Managing project documentation including schedules, submittals, and RFIs
- Coordinating materials procurement and workforce logistics
- Working closely with Project Managers to support overall execution
- Serving as a traditional Project Engineer focused on organization, compliance, and process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a general contractor or mechanical contractor environment
- Experience supporting public bid projects
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
