[Seafood] Inside Sales / Coordinator | $20-$36/hr DOE

Location: Fife, WA

Our client’s company, a leading supplier serving the Retail Grocery, Food Service, and Direct Sales sectors to Restaurants & Companies, is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales / Coordinator. This role is centered around support and requires strong data entry skills, customer service acumen, and ideally, familiarity with seafood and business-to-business interactions.

Inside Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities

  • Handling a significant amount of data entry and addressing questions related to incoming orders.
  • Providing all customer service contact, inside account management, and assisting with quotes.
  • Actively engaging in order entry calling, texting, and emailing customers, and sending morning availability updates.
  • Checking item numbers, descriptions, and prices, and confirming orders with customers and production as needed.
  • Understanding customer needs and expectations, and recommending relevant products.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, texts, and offering personalized attention.
  • Analyzing customer choices and offering alternatives within approved product ranges.
  • Demonstrating product usage methods and resolving customer queries.
  • Contributing actively to the developmental plans of the company and maintaining dedication to work.
  • Using SAP, CRM software, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, and MS Excel in daily operations.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


  • 2 years of experience with Seafood / Fish is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Sales Force, and MS Office is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, assisting with quotes/estimates, problem-solving is highly desired.
  • No history of frequent job-hopping.
