[Building Supply] Inside Sales Support | $60K-$70K + Incentives
Location: Auburn, WA

Specializing in lumber, millwork, doors, trusses, and other construction essentials, they have established a reputation for quality and service.

Inside Sales Support Job Responsibilities
- Acting as a support hub for one or more outside sales reps, entering sales into the system, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Interacting with customers to ensure that items are ordered and priced as agreed, tracking orders, and advising on any issues.
- Shepherding the order from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth processing.
- Working from a local branch with options for one or two days of remote work.
- Utilizing MS Office Suite and Builder Trend-type software for various tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the building supply process and marketplace, including experience with contractor interactions.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and specific door/millwork experience.
