[Lighting] Showroom Manager | $28-$30/hr DOE

Location: Kirkland, WA

Our client’s company specializes in providing lighting solutions for residential, multifamily, and some commercial applications. They are currently seeking a Showroom Manager to join their team.

As the Showroom Manager, your primary responsibility will be assisting walk-in and call-in customers with their lighting needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a small team of inside sales representatives.

Lighting Showroom Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and call-in customers, assisting them with their lighting needs
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the showroom
  • Create attractive displays for new products and merchandise
  • Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to schedule product training for your team


  • Ability to learn the fundamentals of lighting and design, even without previous experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic technical knowledge to install and maintain lighting fixtures and fans for showroom displays
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably managing other customer service representatives
