Inside Sales Representative
Compensation: $85K-$95K DOE

The Inside Sales Representative is central to managing client relationships for Service Agreement customers, providing high-quality customer service, converting technician recommendations into approved repair work, and supporting the Service Indirect team in achieving revenue, margin, retention, and safety goals.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service
- Provide account leadership to position our client as the preferred mechanical service provider
- Collaborate with Service leadership to support customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer retention and profit margin targets
- Prepare formal proposals for repairs recommended by field technicians
- Obtain vendor quotes; coordinate ordering of materials and equipment for approved proposals
- Track proposal stages and recommended repairs in the CRM in coordination with Account Specialists
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts
- Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule services for approved proposals
- Direct leads to the appropriate department using Service Office and Service Project email threads
- Maintain clear, professional communication internally and with customers
- Assist with North Boundary estimating updates
- Contribute to team training initiatives and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to proactive service and client satisfaction
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve concerns effectively
- Strong communication skills and active listening
- Basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems (or ability to learn quickly)
- Proficiency with computer applications and comfort learning new software/tools (CRM experience a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple proposals and priorities
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
- Experience in mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, building services, or construction-related environments is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Successful completion of a background check
