Compensation: $60K-$72K+ DOE
Location: Eugene / Wilsonville, OR
Our client offers a broad range of insurance services, including personal, commercial, and employee benefits lines. The company is recognized for its generous benefits package, which includes employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Producer to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Self-generate prospects, network, establish credibility, and build strong relationships and pipelines.
- Consult on business and close deals independently.
- Communicate and cross-sell, creating opportunities for and receiving leads from other departments.
- Proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and closing “business to business” deals.
- Must hold an Oregon Property & Casualty license.
- 2+ years B2B sales experience and interest in selling B2B Commercial lines ideally in a specialty (Transportation, Construction, Habitational [apartments, condos or HOAs], Hospitality, Manufacturing, Non-Profits, Churches etc).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in self-generating prospects.
- 3+ years of experience in cold calling and using centers of influence for referral business.
- Required: Oregon Property & Casualty License.
- Preferred but not required, for candidates to have experience from a direct writer (Sentry, Federated, etc) or from an independent agency.
