(Financial Services) Group Accounts Sales Representative – $70,000 Salary

Location: Indianapolis, IN


This position is full-time, carries a competitive base salary of $70,000 (doe), full benefit package covering hospital, medical and dental, as well as an aggressive incentive bonus plan.

Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for prospecting and developing sales opportunities with both key decision-makers across multiple verticals. Our client offers wealth management services to both companies and individuals and has a great reputation for both the quality of their products and their customer service. Successful G.A.R. (Group Account Representatives) are able to make 200 calls and 2-5 appointments weekly.

In this role you will be meeting with company owners, CEO’s and other c-level executives. You will be presenting the full suite of products and services and looking to secure business. This position will be reporting to our  client’s Indianapolis office. It is a fast paced, up-beat environment where hard work, production and meeting sales goals are highly rewarded. Client meeting and presentations occur in the field and the company will pay all approved expenses involved while also providing a generous vehicle allowance.

Candidates who hold a series 6 and 63 license are preferred, but a strong sales background and experience in Insurance and or financial service sales are equally valued.

Benefits Sales Executive – $45K-$55K Base + Commissions

Location: Spokane, WA

Our client specializes in offering Employee Benefits, Human Resources & other services that separate them from their competition. In this role you will be generating your own prospects, prospecting small & mid size business, maintaining your own pipeline, making presentations and closing your own deals while support staff maintains client relationships. They offer resources to support your business, you’re your your prospecting skills specific for this industry, and make a good sales rep a specialist in the healthcare industry.

Compensation will be dependent on your experience, typically between $45-55K on a base, or with an added draw for those with industry experience. Compensation includes full benefits covering medical, dental, vision, PTO & 401k.

Candidates should have:

* Experience in B2B sales
* Ability to self generate leads
* Currently licensed to sell insurance in the states you want to do business (at minimum – the state of WA)
* Consultative sales experience
