They are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Producer to join their team. This is a high-impact, hunter-style sales role where you will be responsible for generating your own book of business within a targeted vertical market. Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities within a designated vertical market.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to close.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings with potential clients to identify their commercial insurance needs.
- Develop and present tailored insurance solutions to prospects.
- Close deals independently, taking full ownership of the sales process.
- Establish and grow a network of referral sources to support ongoing business development.
- Work remotely with the expectation of in-office collaboration at an Oregon location if additional onboarding support is needed.
Qualifications
- Background in structured sales training with demonstrated application of sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to independently prospect, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline.
- Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of independently closing sales deals.
- Strong self-motivation and the discipline required to succeed in a remote, field-based role.
- Commercial insurance experience is preferred, but candidates from other industries with strong, structured sales backgrounds will be considered.
