Warehouse Associate | $40K-$50K DOE

Our client, a leader in the airfield lighting industry, specializes in the design, manufacture, and installation of cutting-edge airfield and heliport lighting and navigation systems. Their products and services are integral to the safety and efficiency of airfields around the globe.

Currently, they are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting the company’s ability to deliver high-quality services to its clients.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities

• Prepare order pick-lists and handle shipments, including those over 150 pounds.
• Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager platforms for shipment preparations.
• Set up freight shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Receive incoming small packages and truck freight shipments meticulously.
• Operate and maintain forklifts, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
• Conduct weekly office and warehouse clean-up tasks to maintain an orderly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Positive “can-do” attitude and an exemplary attendance record.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check successfully.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Works Suite (Outlook/Word) is essential.
