Field Service Technician | $20-$22+/hr DOE

Our client is a leading provider of compressors, air treatment systems, vacuum solutions, industrial power tools and assembly systems, and power and flow solutions. They are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of their equipment.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site repairs and maintenance for a wide range of industrial equipment. You will travel to customer sites, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose issues, conduct troubleshooting, and provide efficient solutions. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of essential equipment, enabling businesses to operate at their best.

Field Service Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of various equipment, including compressors, air treatment systems, and industrial power tools.
• Travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, conduct troubleshooting, and provide timely solutions.
• Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair equipment over the phone, or dispatch necessary equipment to customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation of service activities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in diesel motors, compressors, or electrical systems is preferred.
• Experience in conducting repairs and maintenance of industrial equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide technical support.
• Willingness to travel to various sites and work on-call as needed.
