As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new projects, ensuring they meet desired margin levels, and steering these projects to successful completion. This position is ideal for individuals who are adept at balancing customer satisfaction with project financial objectives, and who possess a strong foundation in project management within the controls or mechanical HVAC sector.

HVAC Project Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire new projects, ensuring they align with the company’s financial goals and standards.
  • Perform engineering tasks adhering to the controls team’s standards.
  • Utilize project management techniques to oversee day-to-day activities of projects.
  • Responsible for the financial outcomes of assigned projects and activities.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the company’s quality and time expectations.


  • A background in sales, specifically in controls or Mechanical HVAC.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in building automation or related fields.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance technical knowledge with customer service orientation.
