[Uniform Services] Outside Sales | $120K OTE
Location: Portland, OR
Our client, a distinguished uniform rental company known for manufacturing, selling, and renting uniforms and protective clothing, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be primarily focused on expanding the company’s reach in the eastside of Portland territory. The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter, adept at prospecting, cold calling, and acquiring new business. Once accounts are established, they will be transitioned to the service team, allowing for a continuous cycle of growth and client management.
This position is perfect for individuals with a knack for sales and a drive to excel in a dynamic, customer-focused industry.
Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Grow the company’s presence in the eastside of Portland territory through effective sales strategies.
- Engage in proactive prospecting and cold calling to acquire new business.
- Manage and develop relationships with new clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Transition established accounts to the service team for ongoing management.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for business expansion within the territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively hunt, prospect, and close deals.
- Experience in uniform rental, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
