The successful candidates will provide unparalleled customer service, sales solutions, and technical support, playing a crucial role in customizing and adapting products to meet customer needs. Inside Applications Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Engage customers and coordinate with outside sales teammates to identify and fulfill product needs.
- Assist in the design and redesign of equipment systems and selections.
- Ensure the accurate ordering, shipping, invoicing, and follow-up of products.
- Promptly resolve any technical issues or failures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Aim for career growth towards a Territory Manager position, dealing with increasing technical complexity and hands-on troubleshooting in the field.
Qualifications
- Engineering or technical degree preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Excellent negotiating, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer abilities and proficiency in relevant software.
- Knowledge of industrial fluid handling equipment.
- Ability to work independently towards targeted results.
- Proven ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team.
