Our client’s company, a regional leader in the design, build, and service of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Preventative Maintenance Services Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for selling top-of-the-line preventative maintenance packages to commercial buildings, ensuring their HVAC, plumbing, controls, and related systems operate at peak efficiency.
As an Account Executive, you will focus on presenting the long-term cost/benefits, efficiency improvements, environmental factors, and safety enhancements that these preventative maintenance packages provide. While industry experience is not required, success in this role demands an engaging and positive personality, excellent professional communication skills, a hunter mentality, and a bit of technical or mechanical aptitude.
You will begin your journey with about six months of training in the Woodinville office, where you’ll learn the systems, meet the customers, and immerse yourself in the company’s culture. After this period, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work. Sandler sales training, a core part of the company’s culture and structure, will also be provided to help you excel in this role. The focus of your territory is north of Seattle, from Northgate to Marysville, though candidates from areas as far south as Renton may also be considered.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a premier company in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services industry. If you have the drive, communication skills, and desire to succeed in a high-impact role, we encourage you to apply. With a base salary of $80K plus commissions averaging $15K, this role offers both financial rewards and professional growth.
