Outside Sales Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage your experience in high-end windows and doors to drive sales initiatives, ensuring a robust market presence and a steady influx of business opportunities.
  • Utilize an existing client base/book of business to foster and nurture sales relationships, ensuring a continuous engagement and satisfaction of the clientele.
  • Engage in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring each transaction is handled with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Exhibit a Hunter mentality, proactively seeking new business opportunities and expanding the client base in the luxury windows and doors domain.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams, ensuring client expectations are met with impeccable service and product quality.


  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-end windows and doors sales is mandatory.
  • Possession of an existing client base or book of business.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with experience in handling transactions of over 1 million a year in custom window and doors or commercial projects.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and carve a sales strategy that resonates with the brand’s ethos and market expectations.
