[Plumbing] Project Manager | $90K-$120K DOE

Our client, a distinguished provider of residential and commercial plumbing services, is in search of a Plumbing Project Manager poised for growth into an Operations Manager role.

This position is designed for a professional with a robust understanding of plumbing systems and the intricacies of managing, estimating, and executing plumbing projects. The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills, with responsibilities spanning from design and layout of plumbing installations for both commercial and residential projects to material procurement and client communications.

Project Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Lead project management efforts for plumbing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Estimate project scopes, costs, and timelines accurately, providing detailed proposals to clients.
  • Source materials required for project execution, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Design plumbing systems for new installations and remodels, adhering to both residential and commercial specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive material takeoffs and prepare detailed quotes for client approval.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution while ensuring quality control and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Oversee permitting processes and ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.


  • Deep understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to design and layout efficient plumbing solutions.
  • Proven experience in project management within the plumbing sector, including project planning, budget management, and quality control.
  • Strong capability in estimating projects, sourcing materials, and performing material takeoffs.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams and clear client communications.
  • Fiscally responsible with an ability to manage project budgets effectively and make cost-efficient decisions.
  • A team player who excels in a collaborative environment, with a knack for maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
