Compensation: $150K+ OTE

The Outside Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with commercial contractors. This role requires frequent visits to job sites and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to facilitate effective sales.
Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and follow-up
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide project discussions
- Meet with commercial contractors on job sites
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Experience in building materials sales, specifically windows and doors
- Ability to read construction blueprints
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
Successful candidates can expect a compensation package of $150,000+ OTE (On-Target Earnings), based on performance.
