Restoration Project Director
Compensation: $100K-$175K OTE
Location: Kent, WA
We are seeking two Project Directors for our client, a full-service restoration repair, reconstruction, remediation, and cleaning company. This pivotal role offers an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and a company truck.
As a Project Director, you will utilize your construction, supervisory, and remediation/estimating experience to manage and oversee multiple jobs from start to finish. Your role is vital in ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Restoration Project Director Job Responsibilities
- Oversee schedules and personnel
- Prepare work orders
- Perform inspections at various stages of the project
- Communicate with all involved parties including insurance representatives, customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Test samples for mold, asbestos, and lead
- Review and ensure compliance with regulations
- Use MS Office Suite and Xactimate software
Qualifications
- Construction, supervisory, and remediation/estimating experience
- Knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and takeoffs
- Strong customer service abilities
- Any related certifications (asbestos, OSHA 10, etc.)
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Xactimate
- Initiative, proven mitigation/construction/project management experience
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Willingness to undertake IICRC training
- Strong estimating, time, and budget management skills
- Team spirit, integrity, respect
- Well-versed ability in Xactimate required
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading crews and delegating
- Attention to detail

This position offers a base salary of $75-$100k with expected commissions of $25-$75K. We encourage all qualified individuals who are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role to apply.
