Compensation: $45K-$55K DOE + commission

Our client, a reputable plumbing supply house with an expansive showroom, offers a comprehensive benefits package and is currently seeking a motivated Showroom Sales professional. This role is central to the company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Showroom Sales Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and counter sales, providing a customer-focused experience.
• Advise and sell a wide range of products including plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, tubs, toilets, lighting, vanities, and appliances to a diverse clientele including Contractors, Builders, Designers, and Home Owners.
• Drive sales using a design-driven approach, taking into account the aesthetic and functional needs of the customer.
• Potential to earn uncapped commission and profit share, with potential earnings exceeding $100K per year after a few years.
• Opportunity to grow into outside sales roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales is a plus but not required.
• Must be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and driven to sell.
• Exceptional communication skills – capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of customers including Plumbers, Home Owners, Builders, and Designers.
• Outstanding personality and interpersonal skills.
