Benefits Account Executive
Compensation: $90K-$115K DOE

Benefits Account Executive Job Responsibilities
- This is a service-focused leadership role responsible for running a block of business. While this person will take referrals and consult with clients, there is NO prospecting and NO quotas.
- The Benefits Account Executive is responsible for all the Client Facing work with C-Suite clientele, from facilitating plan reviews, consulting on Benefits Plan changes, comparing quotes and estimates, answering questions, seeking referral and maintaining the relationships year-round.
- There is a Benefits Account Manager paired with this Account Executive, who manages the carrier administrative and producer support (creating presentations, helping with estimates, quotes, estimates & carrier negotiations) as well as the benefits administration (employee navigator, day to day servicing of accounts) and facilitating open enrollments.
- This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, unless you’re meeting with clients.
- The book of business includes Level and Fully Insured Mid and Large Market accounts, between 1000 to 10,000 Self Insured, unbundled plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Benefits, with at least 7 years independent client-facing role.
- Independent agency experience. Carrier or third-party administrator experience is not included.
- Experienced in managing Fully, Level and Self Insured, unbundled plans between 1000 to 10,000 lives.
- Lives in or is willing to relocate near the Denver office, this is a hybrid role, 3 days in-office, 2 days away from the office.
