Compensation: $100K-$110K DOE

They are recognized for their personable customer service, innovative designs, and high standard service. They are currently seeking a Landscape Operations Manager for their Seattle Market.
Landscape Operations Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee services for landscape irrigation, maintenance, and enhancements
- Manage multiple crews ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Focus on client communication, crew coordination, and service delivery
- Lead, plan, and work cross-functionally with production teams
- Identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience with P&L management
- Proven track record of identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities
- Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional work
- Landscape experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to present strategies for increasing profitability and efficiency
