[Forklifts] Parts / Service Sales | $120K-$130K OTE

Our client’s company specializes in material handling, offering a comprehensive range of parts and services for equipment. The company is currently seeking a motivated Parts / Service Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

This role is crucial in growing sales of parts and services through both the existing customer base and by attracting new customers. By focusing on customer satisfaction, the successful candidate will play a key role in meeting territory sales objectives, thereby maximizing the company’s investment, reputation, and profitability.

Parts / Service Sales Job Responsibilities


  • Grow sales of parts and services within the assigned territory by engaging with the existing customer base and acquiring new customers.
  • Spend the majority of the workweek in the sales territory, interacting with customers face-to-face during company business hours.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide analysis on the conversion success of quotes to active work orders.
  • Maintain a minimum of 12 customer interactions per day, including visits, emails, and phone calls, with at least 5 being face-to-face.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications


  • Experience with forklifts, parts departments, or service writing is highly desired.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in parts and services within the material handling or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
  • A commitment to providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
