Senior Account Manager
Compensation: $130K-$150K DOE
Location: Kent, WA

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager whose role will be pivotal in developing sales, profits, and fostering relationships with potential clients in their selected vertical market. The focus will be on selling the complete range of our client’s services. This role requires a deep understanding of the products and systems and a proven track record in sales presentations.
Senior Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales and profits within selected vertical market
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Focus on selling the complete HVAC and energy solution package
- Engage with chief engineers, property managers, and engineers for commercial building systems upgrades
Qualifications
- Significant HVAC or building automation background (likes mechanical and facility engineers)
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated sales prowess
- Experience in proposal creation and account building
- Professional communication and presentations skills
- Strong math/finance abilities for proposal modeling
