[Windows & Doors] Outside Sales Representative
Compensation: $100K+ OTE
Location: Freeland, WA
Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality windows, doors, and trim, offering top brands such as Alpen, Euroline, Loewen, Reynaers, Weathershield, and custom shower doors. They serve a diverse customer base, including architects, homebuilders, and select commercial clients, providing premium building materials for residential and commercial projects.
They are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive sales and expand their client base. This role involves consulting with architects, builders, and contractors, identifying their needs, and recommending the best window and door solutions for their projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in window and door sales and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Windows Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, homebuilders, and commercial clients.
- Promote and sell a range of high-end windows, doors, trim, and related building materials.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Generate and manage sales leads, following up to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling windows and doors in a B2B or construction sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of high-end window and door brands and their applications.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Understanding of the construction and architectural industries is a plus.
