Service & Maintenance Dispatcher
Compensation: $55K-$75K DOE
Location: Monroe, WA
We are seeking a dedicated Service & Maintenance Dispatcher for our client, a reputable company specializing in HVAC, custom metal design, and service. This role is integral to the company’s operations, requiring you to create work orders, schedule technicians, initiate billings, and communicate directly with customers.
Dispatcher Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily work orders
- Coordinate billing and service documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in a commercial service environment
- Must be organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
